Procedure for House Plan Approval

The Architectural Control Committee(ACC) requires submission of house plans for approval, along with a processing fee of $200.00 payable to Coldwell Banker, prior to beginning construction. A form outlining necessary details will be provided to owners requesting approval of house/site plans.

In addition, the location and design of the driveway must be approved prior to installation. There will be a $150 charge for this review by H & W Excavating (Donnie Wanger). This fee will be applied toward installation of the driveway if H & W Excavating is hired to complete the installation.
